This Policy is established by Jolien Janssens hereinafter referred to as “the controller”.

The purpose of this Policy is to inform visitors to the website hosted at the following address: www.coachjo.be (hereinafter referred to as the “website”) of the manner in which data is collected and processed by the controller.

What data do we collect?

• its domain (automatically detected by the controller’s server), including the dynamic IP address ;
• his e-mail address if the user has previously revealed it, for example by sending messages or questions on the website or by communicating with the controller by e-mail;

It is possible that the data controller may also collect non-personal data. These data are qualified as non-personal data because they do not allow the direct or indirect identification of a specific person. It may therefore be used for any purpose whatsoever, for example, to improve the website, the products, and services offered, or the advertising of the controller.

In the event that non-personal data is combined with personal data in such a way that it is possible to identify the data subjects, such data will be treated as personal data until such time as it is impossible to link it with a specific person.

The recipients of the data collected and processed are, in addition to the data controller itself, other subcontractors, located in the European Union, who collaborate with the data controller in the provision of services.

The data controller complies with the legal and regulatory provisions in force and will ensure in all cases that its partners, subcontractors or other third parties having access to this personal data comply with this Policy.

The data controller discloses the user’s personal data in the event that a law, legal proceedings or an order from a public authority makes such disclosure necessary.

No transfer of personal data outside the European Union is made by the data controller.

Exercising your rights

For any request, please send us an email.

It is important to indicate the right you wish to exercise, the reasons for your request, and to attach a copy of both sides of your identity card. The request must specify the address to which the reply should be sent.

We have a period of one month to respond to your request, increased by two additional months in the case of a request requiring extensive research or in the event that we receive too many requests.

However, we may not be able to comply with your request. Of course, in this case, we will make sure to give you the clearest possible answer.

Complaints and complaints

If the user wishes to react to any of the practices described in this Policy, it is advisable to contact the controller directly.
